That's right, the girl who used to forge her own PE sick notes is attempting to run 13 miles on the 23rd May! I'm not aiming for any particular time, just hoping to finish it without boo hooing...
So in order to make me not wimp out at the last minute, I thought I would do it for a charity close to my heart.
As you might know, in the summer of 2007 I travelled to Uganda where I worked in a school and with street children. It was an eye opening experience for a little island girl, and I was really shocked by the conditions of the street children in particular.
So hopefully I can do a little bit for them! Please sponsor whatever you can, even if it's just a couple of quid it will all add up and make a big difference.
